Application cannot purchase any quota. The package had to be manually purchased. You can only view your credit using the application. But, credit can be purchased using MyTelkomsel on another person’s phone. Bother!!! It’s not working properly. I have tried to change the phone.

The app won’t work if I charge my credit. The app claims there is no internet connection, but there clearly is. It’s the national Internet provider. How could it be that there is no internet connection? There’s no problem with my signal and I can also access the internet from outside of the app. It also states that “Sorry for the system error” but is it really?
