A lurker will seek information about the enemy’s whereabouts in order for the team to stay safe. This will make the lurker will often separates from the team.

A lurker doesn’t require a great skill because his job is to gather information on the surroundings, and not to fight the enemy directly. When there’s a fight, a lurker will usually rotate as a flanker to kill a fragile enemy. By switching roles from lurker to a flanker, there’s a possibility that the players that has these roles will not even gather with his/her squad in full game.
